Job summary

Pumpkin is seeking a Licensed Customer Care Agent who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Care. This friendly, motivated individual will research and respond to insurance and non-insurance inquiries via phone, email, text, chat, and social media. The Insurance Agent will handle enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service with high customer interaction.
• Familiarity with ticketing software (Zendesk, Kustomer, Gladly).
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer care across phone, email, text, chat and social media.
• Process new enrollments, claims and fulfillment tasks in line with policies.
• Educate customers on product offerings and upsell coverage where appropriate.
• Use ticketing and back-office software to manage tasks and track performance.
• Data entry for assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
