The role requires an active P&C license, a high school diploma or GED, and experience in a busy call center. Schedule flexibility (7:00 AM–2:00 AM EST) and strong results in CX metrics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license in the resident state.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a fast-paced call center handling high-volume inquiries.
• Ability to work flexible schedules within 7:00 AM–2:00 AM EST, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment with defined performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, knowledgeable, and professional service experience to customers and agents across all interactions.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (≈50 per day), resolving P&C policy and billing inquiries.
• Document customer interactions, policy updates, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to CX, quality, handle time, adherence, and productivity.
• Adhere to policies, confidentiality standards, and security protocols for a compliant environment.
• Participate in training and development to maintain licensure and knowledge.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review trends and support improvement initiatives.
• Work effectively in a high-volume, phone-based environment with multiple systems and irate customers.
• Maintain a quiet, dedicated work-from-home setup for remote work.
