You’ll log in from a home office with reliable internet, may upsell when appropriate, and participate in ongoing training while enjoying a compensation package including $20.50 per hour plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty License.
• 6 months or more of customer service experience.
• Ability to protect member privacy and handle information securely.
• Reliable computer skills and high-speed internet.
• Smartphone or device with IOS or Android for daily login.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated or complex customer calls with empathy.
• Provide accurate product and policy guidance to customers.
• Potential upselling of products or services to existing customers.
• Answer incoming communications and conduct research to resolve issues.
