Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to work remotely in the United States. You will assist customers with complex insurance questions, provide product consultations, and offer solutions while upholding privacy and security standards. This remote role is available to residents across the U.S.

with a valid P&C license and at least six months of customer service experience. Base pay is $20.50 per hour plus bonus opportunities, with benefits and ongoing training supported

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to explain product knowledge clearly while protecting privacy.
• Computer proficiency and high-speed internet (≥25 Mbps).
• Access to a USB-wired headset.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated or complex customer insurance inquiries.
• Answer incoming communications from customers.
• Conduct research to provide solutions and answer questions.
• Upsell relevant products or services when appropriate.
