Qualfon Philippines is looking for a Property & Casualty Insurance Advocate to assist members with their insurance needs. In this remote role, you'll provide guidance and support for personal lines insurance products, responding to inquiries via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and an active property & casualty license.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience in relevant industries.
• Must possess an Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Engage with members via phone and email to assist with insurance inquiries.
• Build rapport with members and provide accurate insurance solutions.
• Process insurance transactions in compliance with regulations.
