Qualfon is seeking a Remote Property & Casualty Insurance Advocate to assist members with quotes, policy changes, and billing inquiries from a home-based setting. You will provide expert guidance on personal lines products across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes service without sales, requiring strong communication, multitasking, and regulatory compliance. A High School diploma or GED and a P&C license are required; some college is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience required.
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications
• Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards

Responsibilities

• Engage with members via phone, email, and other channels to assist with quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, underwriting questions, and policy changes.
• Build rapport and trust by asking thoughtful questions and offering accurate solutions to minimize transfers and escalations.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely, accurate information.
• Maintain required certifications and actively pursue opportunities to grow product knowledge.
• Meet performance metrics related to service quality, responsiveness, and member satisfaction.
