Qualfon is hiring a Remote Property & Casualty Insurance Advocate to support members with insurance needs. This service-focused, non-sales role answers inbound inquiries and guides customers on personal lines products from a remote setting.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, plus 6 months of customer service experience and an active Property & Casualty license. Strong communication, multitasking, and compliance knowledge are essential, with a pay rate of $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience; contact center a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional, empathetic tone.
• Ability to multitask across multiple applications with accuracy.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Solid understanding of insurance compliance and regulatory standards.
• Good research and internet skills; quick learner with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist members via phone, email, and other channels with quotes, policies, billing, and changes.
• Build rapport and offer accurate solutions to minimize transfers and escalations.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and share information.
• Maintain required certifications and pursue opportunities to grow product knowledge.
• Meet service quality, responsiveness, and satisfaction metrics.
