Job summary

Qualfon is hiring for a Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Agent in Ohio. You will respond to inbound inquiries, provide expert guidance on personal lines insurance, and work remotely across multiple systems to deliver a seamless customer experience.

This full-time, at-home position pays $22.50 per hour with an emphasis on accuracy, empathy, and compliance. Applicants with a P&C license and customer service background are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience; contact center a plus.
• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, empathetic tone.
• Typing speed of 20 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist members via phone, email, and other channels for quotes, new policies, billing inquiries, underwriting questions, and policy changes.
• Build rapport and trust by understanding member needs and offering accurate solutions to minimize transfers and escalations.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and coverage updates while complying with regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide timely information.
• Maintain required certifications and grow product knowledge.
• Meet performance metrics for service quality, responsiveness, and member satisfaction.
