Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager based in the United States. This fully remote role serves as the primary contact for personal lines insurance clients, supporting their day-to-day needs and long-term retention.

You will manage policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and other policy transactions, while educating clients on coverage options and evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in personal lines retail insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience using agency management systems and electronic document platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for personal lines clients, delivering high-quality service.
• Manage all aspects of assigned personal lines accounts and support client retention.
• Coordinate renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and policy edits.
• Educate clients on coverage options, changes, exclusions, and insurance needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely policy transactions.
