DG GLASS & TRADE - Desde 2001 conectando negocios confiables in the greater Tampa Bay area seeks a Licensed Customer Service Agent. This is a fully remote position requiring a Florida 2044 or 220 license, bilingual Spanish/English, and 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.

Salary ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, with commission and quarterly cross-sell incentives. Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone, email, and in person while supporting policy changes,

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Must have active FL 2044 or 220.
• Must be MS Office proficient including MS Excel.
• Must have valid FL Driver's License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required.
• Credit check required.
• Drug screening required.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing Property & Casualty insurance clients, responding to inquiries by phone, email, and in person while supporting customer retention.
• Assist customers with personal and/or commercial insurance coverage, policy changes, renewals, payments, claims, and other policy-related questions.
• Identify new business opportunities through account rounding and cross-selling while helping customers understand available insurance products and coverage options.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally while maintaining accurate policy information and delivering a positive customer experience.
