Job summary

In this W-2 position, you’ll develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the Clinical Director and fellow therapists while offering flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in your state (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience in outpatient mental health or teletherapy preferred.
• Proficient in treatment planning and virtual communication.
• Bilingual or multilingual and able to work independently in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Use DSM-5 criteria to assess and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing therapeutic support.
• Participate in supervision and team check-ins.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Director for case guidance.
