Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Work with inbound, transfers, and outbound leads.
• Guide clients through the application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely closings.
• Maintain a high closing ratio with excellent customer service.
