Job summary

True Financial Lending is seeking experienced mortgage loan officers for full-time, inside sales roles at our headquarters. You will focus on closing residential and commercial loans, working with live leads provided by appointment setters, and collaborating with processing and underwriting to ensure timely closures.

We offer uncapped commission, multiple pay plans, warm leads, and marketing support, plus remote flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads and build rapport with borrowers.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend mortgage products.
• Handle inbound, transfers, and outbound leads.
• Guide clients through application and pre-approval processes.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to close loans.
• Maintain a high closing ratio with strong customer service.
