Job summary

Lyra Clinical Associates is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide evidence-based, live video therapy with a diverse caseload from home. You will set digital assignments, monitor progress, and ensure culturally responsive care.

The role emphasizes ongoing professional development, peer consultations, and a robust support network to deliver high-quality mental health care across the US.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD or equivalent license.
• Master’s degree from a clinical track.
• Experience with evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises.
• Telehealth therapy experience preferred.
• Computer and live video tools literacy (Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype).
• Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment via live video while maintaining a caseload of diverse clients.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to clients and monitor outcomes between sessions.
• Deliver culturally responsive care that accounts for diverse backgrounds and needs.
• Attend clinical consultations, quality assurance reviews, and ongoing training to enhance skills.
