Job summary

Lyra Health is hiring part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapists to deliver Lyra Care Therapy via live video sessions from a home or preferred setting in the United States. You will manage a caseload of adults and/or adolescents, assign digital content, and monitor outcomes between sessions.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong clinical judgment.
• Experience providing evidence-based treatments (ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT).
• Ability to manage risk and respond to crises.
• Experience providing video therapy and maintaining a part-time caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term, evidence-based video therapy sessions.
• Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments between sessions.
• Maintain a diverse clinical caseload of adults and/or adolescents.
• Collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds in culturally responsive care.
