Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods that align with each patient's individual and cultural context, ensuring the delivery of personalized care.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health concerns, effectively promoting health and well-being.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create an integrated approach to patient care.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring quality records in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Stay abreast of current research, certifications, and best practices relevant to mental health therapy, integrating new knowledge into your practice.
