Backpack Healthcare is launching its Illinois clinical program and seeking licensed mental health therapists to work remotely with children, teens and families across the state. We’re building a clinician-led, supportive environment with supervision, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
• Bilingual English/Spanish clinicians encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Deliver culturally responsive care that recognizes each family’s needs.
