Backpack Healthcare is expanding its Illinois team and offers a fully remote clinical role for licensed therapists serving children, teens, young adults, and families across Illinois. Choose full-time or part-time schedules with opportunities for monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Clinicians provide evidence-informed care via telehealth, conduct intakes, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.

Mansioni

• Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other clinicians.
• Provide family education and care coordination.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Deliver culturally responsive care that recognises each family's needs.

Conoscenze

Licensed IL (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT)

Experience with children & families
