Qualifications

• Current Illinois license as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, compassionate disposition with non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy using evidence-based modalities with active listening and therapeutic dialogue.
• Collaborate with clients to set goals and regularly evaluate progress.
• Offer in-person sessions at the Springfield office and teletherapy options.
• Document session notes and treatment progress adhering to ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance effectiveness.
