Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is building a clinical team in Illinois to expand access to behavioral healthcare for children, teens, families, and young adults. Therapists work entirely online from anywhere with an Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT).

Qualifications

Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth.
Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other team members.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EHR.
Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
