Union Counseling Center in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide remote outpatient services to a diverse client base. You will conduct assessments, develop culturally informed treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

This full-time role requires active licensure in Kansas (LCMFT/LMFT/LCPC/LCSW-C), a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, and experience with telehealth.

Competenze

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a related field.
• Licensure in Kansas as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• Experience with culturally informed therapy and telehealth.
• Strong crisis intervention and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments incorporating clients' cultural identities.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients in immediate need.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and psychologists to coordinate care.
• Educate clients and families about mental health options and resources.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, confidential records using EHR systems.
