Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• A current and valid Florida license (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) is essential.
• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy with a focus on cultural responsiveness is preferred.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to manage high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments using culturally sensitive methods to inform treatment planning.
• Implement evidence-based therapies tailored to each patient.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
