Job summary

Qualified candidates hold LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/PsyD licenses, a relevant bachelor’s, and preferably a master’s or doctoral degree. Strong empathy, communication, and organizational skills are essential to support clients across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• State-licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s or doctoral preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport.
• Empathy, compassion, and non‑judgmental attitude are essential.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans addressing client goals.
• Use evidence‑based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.) to facilitate healing.
• Provide teletherapy options and monitor client progress.
• Maintain thorough documentation per ethical standards and policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
