Qualifications

• Active licensure as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• Ability to maintain a consistent clinical schedule for clients.
• Experience with CBT/DBT and solution‑focused approaches.
• Remote work requires adherence to Telecommuter policies and HIPAA compliance.
• Drug test required as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote care using evidence‑based protocols in an 8‑week program.
• Monitor progress and document session notes; coordinate follow‑ups.
• Assist participants in navigating resources and obtain consent forms.
• Identify high‑risk situations and respond per company protocols.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and town halls.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and security standards.
