Creekview Behavioral Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our remote, evidence-based practice. You will conduct assessments and provide individual therapy in a fully remote setting, delivering care to diverse adults, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, progress monitoring, and thorough documentation, with ongoing professional development as part of a collaborative team.

Formación

• Licensed mental health professional with a state license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT or PsyD)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseloads

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and monitor progress.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions and ensure access for clients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of assessments, plans, and progress notes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
