Noble Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapist for a primarily remote, full-time outpatient role in Stockton, California. You will assess mood disorders, build personalized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT, collaborating with psychiatrists for integrated care.

You will conduct assessments, educate clients and families, monitor progress, and maintain thorough documentation while adhering to ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in California (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT)
• Proven expertise in evidence-based therapies (CBT/DBT) for mood disorders
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacological treatments and collaboration with psychiatrists
• Demonstrated success with mood disorder outcomes and client rapport

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough assessments of mood disorder symptoms using clinical interviews and structured tools.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Deliver CBT and DBT interventions tailored to each client’s journey.
• Educate clients and families on mood disorders and self-care strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on clinical judgment and feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to support learning and improvement.
