Job summary

Noble Behavioral Health, a Houston-based telehealth provider, seeks a full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join its remote team. You will assess mood disorders, build treatment plans, and deliver CBT/DBT with psychiatrists to ensure integrated care.

A master’s or doctoral degree and Texas licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) are required, with telehealth experience and strong communication. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field (Social Work, MFT, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology).
• Current licensure in Texas as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies (CBT/DBT).
• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and collaboration with psychiatrists.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mood disorders using standardized tools and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with client input and goals.
• Deliver CBT and DBT interventions with a personalized approach.
• Educate clients and families about mood disorders and self-care strategies.
• Track progress and adjust care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals for integrated care.
