Geode Health in Park Ridge, IL is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, delivering psychotherapy and coordinating care with an integrated team. This full-time, hybrid role leverages adjustable scheduling and telehealth to meet patient needs.

Competenze

• Must hold an active license in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT).
• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Proficient in using an EMR system and maintaining accurate health records.
• Desire and ability to serve a broad spectrum of mental health conditions with hybrid work.
