Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC) for a fully remote telehealth role serving adults and families in Minnesota. The position offers a stable weekday schedule, a salary of $115,000–$120,000 per year, and opportunities to provide direct client care plus thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients through secure virtual appointments.
• Review presenting concerns, history, and other relevant information.
• Provide individual or family therapy within your area of practice.
• Keep progress notes and other required records up to date.
• Reassess the direction of care when client needs change.
• Discuss complex cases with the clinical team when appropriate.
• Participate in virtual meetings and required training.
• Follow Minnesota licensing, confidentiality, and professional standards.
