Job summary

Diamond Behavioral Health Center is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our remote team as a full-time therapist. We welcome LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs to provide evidence-based mental health services from home.

The role focuses on assessments, personalized treatment plans, and delivering CBT/DBT therapies while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
• Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques with ability to tailor treatment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; teamwork-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with evidence-based methods.
• Deliver CBT and DBT therapies effectively.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in case consultations.
• Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated on advances in mental health care.
