• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Current and valid clinical license (LMFT/LPC/LCSW) issued by New Jersey.
• At least 4 years of direct mental health counseling experience.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficient with EHR systems.

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
