Trinity Health Behavioral Healthcare is seeking Licensed Mental Health Therapists for a full-time remote role with flexible scheduling. You will provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy, conduct assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans.

The position emphasizes clinical autonomy and collaboration within a supportive, tech-enabled outpatient system. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree or higher and current licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Current, full licensure by the State Board for independent practice (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD).
• Experience in outpatient therapy and familiarity with modalities (CBT, DBT, family systems) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and evidence-based therapy services tailored to the unique needs of a diverse clientele.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
• Facilitate therapy sessions across various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, ensuring that each session meets therapeutic goals.
• Engage with clients actively to set meaningful goals and monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Utilize advanced digital tools for efficient case management, allowing for better client engagement and timely follow-ups.
