Job summary

Aurora Insight Psychological Services is seeking licensed mental health professionals for a remote, full-time position serving clients in Pendleton, Oregon and beyond. You will conduct individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Responsibilities include treatment planning, crisis intervention, HIPAA-compliant record-keeping, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Oregon licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience providing mental health counseling, preferably remotely.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication in virtual settings.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms using evidence-based methodologies.
• Form personalized treatment plans focusing on holistic recovery and client goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress while ensuring safety.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, confidential client records.
• Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team on comprehensive care plans.
• Stay current with emerging trends in mental health counseling and best practices.
