Aurora Insight Psychological Services is seeking licensed mental health professionals to join our fully remote team in Ontario, Oregon. We welcome LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs to provide evidence-based therapy to individuals and families, delivering flexible, telehealth services.

You will conduct individual, family, and group sessions, develop treatment plans, respond to crises, and maintain confidential records while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related discipline.
• Current Oregon licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience in individual, family, and group counseling.
• Strong interpersonal and cultural competence skills.
• Autonomy while collaborating in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms preferred.
• Certifications in CBT or trauma-informed care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions virtually using evidence-based practices.
• Develop customized treatment plans with clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain confidential client records per privacy laws.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care.
• Stay current with trends and best practices in mental health counseling.
