Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field.
• Must hold a valid California LMFT/LPCC/LCSW license.
• Minimum of four years of direct clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and establish therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions with culturally responsive approaches.
• Perform regular follow-ups to monitor progress and adapt care.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists and medical staff for integrated care.
• Document progress in EHR systems and maintain compliance.
• Stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.
