Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking licensed Medicare Sales Agents for the Annual Enrollment Period. This 100% remote outbound sales role focuses on helping members evaluate, choose, and enroll in Medicare Advantage plans.

Temporary contract Aug/Sept through Dec 7, with potential extension to OEP or full-time benefits-eligible positions. Flexible hours Mon-Fri 9 AM-9 PM EST; some Saturdays may be required. Competitive base pay and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Health and Life Insurance License required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience selling Medicare or other insurance.
• Prior outbound sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to review plan options and enrollments.
• Assess prospect needs and guide to Medicare Advantage products.
• Complete phone enrollment applications in compliance with CMS regulations.
• Build friendly, empathetic relationships on calls.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and licensure requirements.
