Job summary

A healthcare agency is seeking experienced Medicare Advantage Sales Agents in a fully remote position. You will handle inbound calls from pre-qualified clients, sell Medicare Advantage and Hospital Indemnity plans, and provide education on coverage options. The ideal candidate must have an active Health Insurance License and proven experience in sales, particularly in Medicare products. This role offers a competitive base pay of $20/hour and performance-based commissions, with top agents potentially earning $2,000–$3,000+ per week.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare Advantage is required.
• Strong experience selling Hospital Indemnity plans is required.
• Proven closer with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle 100% inbound calls from pre-qualified seniors.
• Sell Medicare Advantage plans and Hospital Indemnity products.
• Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through enrollment.
• Maintain compliance while closing deals efficiently.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
