Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking licensed Medicare Sales Agents for a 100% remote outbound role during the Annual Enrollment Period. You will help members compare and enroll in Medicare Advantage options, focusing on MA products, with flexible hours Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–9:00 PM EST and possible Saturday overtime.

The contract is temporary from August/September through December 7, with top performers potentially extended through OEP or considered for full-time, benefits-eligible positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Health and Life Insurance License required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience selling Medicare and/or other insurance product lines preferred.
• BYOD

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current members to review plan options, answer questions, and explain plan details.
• Assess distinct prospect needs and guide them toward selecting appropriate Medicare Advantage products.
• Complete phone enrollment applications accurately, completely, and in full compliance with product guidelines and CMS regulations.
• Build friendly, empathetic, and trusting relationships on every call.
• Maintain compliance with company standards, CMS rules, state licensure requirements, appointments, and annual product certifications.
