The Jamison Agency is expanding and seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Agent for a fully remote role. You will generate new business, cross-sell Allstate products, and deliver exceptional service from home.

This position offers base salary, uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, quality leads, and a pathway to earning $150K+ with the backing of an established agency and a $13 million book of business. If you know how to sell and build relationships, this is a strong opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active Texas P&C license (or willing to become licensed in Texas)
• Previous insurance sales experience required - no entry-level or unlicensed candidates
• Ability to multitask, follow up, and follow through
• Confident and motivated personality
• Intermediate computer skills
