Qualifications

• Active Texas P&C license (or ability to obtain one in Texas).
• Previous insurance sales experience required; not suitable for entry-level or unlicensed candidates.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Promote Allstate products to protect customers’ life and assets.
• Educate customers on coverage options and provide a positive experience.
