What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for lead conversion and new account acquisition
- Effectively manage a pipeline of provided sales opportunities
- Implement and execute innovative sales strategies
- Develop and self-generate lead opportunities while transitioning new business files to the Client Onboarding Team
- Support the Client Experience Team with account renewals and policy re-writes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Property/Casualty Producer License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance markets
- Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
- Strong computer skills with a high level of comfort with technology
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
