What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for lead conversion and new account acquisition

- Transition new business files to the Client Onboarding Team and provide backup support
- Assist with training and onboarding new Sales Consultants

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an active Property and Casualty Producer License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance markets
- Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
- Strong computer skills and comfort with technology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build client rapport
