Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Responsible for lead conversion and new account acquisition
- Effectively manage a pipeline of provided sales opportunities and execute innovative sales strategies
- Develop and self-generate lead opportunities while maintaining proficiency with carrier products and underwriting guidelines
- Transition new business files to the Client Onboarding Team and provide backup support for new client onboarding
- Assist with training and onboarding new Sales Consultants, as well as support the Client Experience Team with account renewals and policy rewrites

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Property and Casualty Producer License
- Minimum 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance markets
- Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
- Strong computer skills with a high level of comfort using technology
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
