TTEC is hiring a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent to work remotely in the United States. The role is full-time and hourly pay starts at $21, with potential bonuses up to $26 per hour for top performers and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will assist individuals with understanding coverages, advise on health products, and handle inbound or follow-up calls to close sales and renewals while ensuring HIPAA privacy and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
• High speed internet (>25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
• HIPAA privacy compliance.
• Strong customer service orientation with empathy.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer navigation skills for a 100% remote role.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding coverages and selecting the right products.
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, inbound or outbound.
• Respond to inquiries with compassion and active listening.
• Identify additional needs and help upgrade products or services.
• Complete sale or renewal of a health plan with expected sales conversions.
