Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales - Help clients understand their insurance coverage, health care policy options, and claims.
- Providing Expert Guidance - Complete the sale or renewal of a health plan that best suits the customer needs while matching customers with the right products.
- Ensuring Compliance - Follow all industry regulations, such as HIPAA, to protect sensitive data.
- Using Cutting-Edge Tools - Navigate advanced call center software and tools, like CRM platforms and telephony systems to deliver seamless customer service within a collaborative global team.
