Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent to help customers understand coverages, recommend suitable products, and provide full lifecycle support from inquiry to closing. This fully remote role is available to residents in Texas, with licensing training provided.

You'll gain a start at $21 per hour after licensing, plus potential performance bonuses. A strong customer service mindset, integrity, and reliable internet are essential to success in this role at TTEC.

Qualifications

• Six months sales experience preferred or six months tenure within TTEC.
• High-speed internet with >25 Mbps.
• Ability to pass state licensing exam and maintain HIPAA privacy.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; computer literacy.
• Experience with online licensing portals and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding coverages and selecting the right products.
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, inbound or outbound as needed.
• Respond to inquiries with compassion and active listening, offering best solutions.
• Identify additional needs and upsell products or services.
