Job summary

TTEC is hiring a Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent to work remotely from Louisiana or Minnesota. You will help customers understand coverages, recommend health products, and handle end-to-end service and sales with compassion and efficiency.

The role requires a health insurance license, strong customer service, HIPAA compliance, and a reliable high-speed internet connection. This is a full-time remote position with a structured benefit package and continual training.

Qualifications

• Current Health insurance license in your state of residence.
• High-speed internet (25+ Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload).
• Minimum six months sales experience.
• HIPAA privacy compliance.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer navigation skills; this role is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services and best solutions to meet their personal health and financial needs.
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, inbound or outbound follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening; select best solution efficiently.
• Identify additional needs customers may have and help them upgrade products or services.
• Complete the sale or renewal of a health plan; sales conversions are expected.
