Connexus Resource Group is hiring a remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent to join our call center team. The role requires an active Tennessee Health Insurance License and experience in health insurance sales or customer service.

You will handle calls, educate customers on plans, and guide them through enrollment. Work from home in a remote setup with strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex insurance information clearly.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Health Insurance License required at time of application.
• Experience in health insurance sales or customer service preferred.
• Prior call center or remote customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls about health insurance products, coverage options and enrollment.
• Educate customers on plans, benefits and costs; explain eligibility and coverage details.
• Assist customers through the application and enrollment process and document interactions.
