Job summary

Integrity FEX is expanding its remote sales team and seeks licensed life insurance agents who are motivated, professional, and comfortable helping clients by phone in a performance-driven environment.

As a Licensed Final Expense Agent, you will speak with prospective clients, assess coverage needs, explain options, guide applicants through the process, and maintain client records, using company systems and carrier platforms from anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone.
• Ability to conduct professional needs-based sales conversations.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote work schedule.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Identify each client's coverage goals, budget, and insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
• Follow up with clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Utilize company-supported sales systems and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and carrier education.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements.
