Integrity FEX is expanding its remote sales team and seeks licensed final expense agents to speak with prospective clients by phone, assess needs, and present suitable life insurance options. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and a performance-driven environment.

As an agent, you will guide clients through the application process, maintain records, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with carrier products and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Life Insurance Producer License required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospective clients by phone.
• Ability to conduct professional needs-based sales conversations.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a remote work schedule.
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospective clients regarding final expense and life insurance coverage.
• Conduct phone-based needs assessments.
• Identify each client's coverage goals, budget, and insurance needs.
• Explain available life insurance products clearly and professionally.
• Present appropriate coverage options based on client needs and eligibility.
• Assist clients with completing insurance applications.
• Follow up with clients throughout the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
• Utilize company-supported sales systems and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and carrier education.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and compliance requirements.
